Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on jik baj and take part in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years old. We may request identity documents at any time for age verification. Opening an account with false information is a breach of these terms and the account may be closed.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited. If more than one member of the same household or on the same device wishes to open a separate account, they must contact customer support in advance.
2.3 Registration Information
All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, up to date and complete. The name, mobile number and payment method details must all match one another — this is mandatory. If any information changes, update your account immediately.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team promptly. Do not share your account details with any third party.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Local Bangladeshi payment methods are used for transactions on jik baj. All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed through secure, encrypted connections.
3.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major scheduled banks).
- The name on the payment method must match the name registered on the account at the time of deposit. A mismatch may result in the transaction being cancelled.
- After a successful deposit, funds are normally credited to the account automatically. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact customer support.
3.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- A standard withdrawal normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Withdrawals via the same method used for the deposit are given priority.
3.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jik baj offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer details. General bonus terms are described below.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.
- The bonus may be claimed only once — per account, per household and per device.
- The bonus balance may be used to place bets, but cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Specific games or categories may apply for meeting the wagering requirement.
- If the bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
4.2 Abuse Policy
If any activity is carried out with the intent to abuse the bonus system, jik baj reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using bots or automated software, and unusual betting patterns all fall under this policy.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
A confirmation message from the system is required for each bet to be valid. jik baj is not responsible if a bet is not confirmed due to an internet disconnection. Once a bet is confirmed, changes or cancellations are generally not possible, though customer support may be contacted in specific circumstances.
5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a sports event is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, the settlement of related bets will follow standard industry practice. In most cases, bets on a cancelled event are refunded, though different rules may apply depending on the type and circumstances of the event.
5.3 Clearly Incorrect Odds
If incorrect odds are published for any reason, jik baj reserves the right to cancel or correct those bets. Affected users will be notified as soon as possible after the error is identified.
5.4 Game Operation
The outcomes of live casino and slot games are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the session will be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Prohibited Activities and Account Closure
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jik baj platform. If these terms are breached, the right is reserved to close the account immediately and forfeit the balance.
- Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Operating another person's account or allowing another person to operate yours.
- Deliberately exploiting technical faults in the system.
- Threatening or harassing other users.
- Creating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.

Limitation of Liability
